My primary research interest involves utilizing remote sensing technologies to investigate cryospheric processes, with emphasis on glacier dynamics, snow cover variability, permafrost changes, etc. Given the cryosphere's crucial role in Earth's climate and hydrological systems, understanding its response to global warming is vital. I am particularly focused on integrating multi-sensor satellite data, geospatial modeling, and machine learning techniques to monitor changes in snow and ice, identify glacier-related hazards, and enhance surface energy balance models. This multidisciplinary approach supports more accurate assessments of climate impacts in cold and high-altitude regions.
